Visitors entering the facility must have a valid entry ticket.

• ○ Tickets once sold cannot be canceled or refunded. In exceptional situations, the Wonderella may allow for a booking to be moved to a different available time slot at their sole discretion.
• ○ Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced

Minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to transact or use the website or at the reception/ Ticket counters.
